The IIAS Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and the IIAS administration proudly present Imagine's Partners in Education, Training and Success sponsorship program for local community businesses and leaders. Called I-PETS, this program is designed to strengthen the educational process through collaborative relationships between our school and community.  Whether you have 1 or 1,000 employees,  as a partner-sponsor you can help prepare today’s students to become tomorrow’s responsible, accomplished and self-confident leaders. Your commitment to each student’s success provides a community-minded model for our future adults.

Business sponsorships are offered at five (5) levels, and membership levels can be reached through general donations, educational or charitable contributions, or other goods and special services donated throughout the school year that benefit our students, families, staff or school.  Businesses who support our school through sponsorships receive recognition in various ways (see below for benefits at each level).  

If you own a business or know of anyone who owns a business that would like to support and partner with our school, we welcome you to join.  To learn more, please read our Sponsor Invitation letter. Partnership Levels

Member-Friend Benefits

Member-Friend membership will cost $50 annually. For this level of obligation, Membe-Friends will receive the following benefits:

• IIAS E- Newsletter
• Two (2) PTA Memberships (optional)

Bronze Partner Benefits

Bronze Partner Membership will cost $100 annually.  For this level of obligation, Bronze Partners will receive the following benefits:

• IIAS E- Newsletter
• Five (5) PTA Memberships (optional)
• Brochures or Flyers Placed in School Lobby or Sponsor Board
• Sponsor Name Recognition in E-Newsletter
• Name Recognition on Sponsors’ Sign
• Business coupons placed in E-Newsletter
• Business  Link on IIAS website

Silver Partner Benefits

Silver Partner Membership will cost $250 annually. For this level of obligation, Silver Partners will receive the following benefits:

• IIAS-E Newsletter
• Seven (7) PTA Memberships (optional)
• Brochures/Flyers Placed in School Lobby or Sponsor Board
• Sponsor Name Recognition in E-Newsletter
• Name Recognition on Sponsors’ Sign
• Business coupons placed in E-Newsletter
• Business  Link on IIAS website 

Gold Partner Benefits

Gold Partner Membership will cost $500 annually. For this level of obligation, Gold Partners will receive the follow benefits:

• IIAS E-Newsletter
• Ten (10) PTA Memberships (optional)
• Brochures/Flyers Placed in School Lobby or Sponsor Board
• Sponsor Name Recognition in E-Newsletter
• Name Recognition on Sponsors’ Sign
• Business coupons placed in E-Newsletter
• Business  Link on IIAS website
• “Spotlight” on Business in E-Newsletter

Platinum Partner Benefits

Platinum Partner Membership will cost $1,000 annually. For this level of obligation, Platinum Partners will receive the following benefits:

• IIAS E-Newsletter
• Fifteen (15) PTA Memberships (optional)
• Brochures/Flyers Placed in School Lobby or Sponsor Board
• Sponsor Name Recognition in E-Newsletter
• Name Recognition on Sponsors’ Sign
• Business coupons placed in E-Newsletter
• Business Link on IIAS website
• “Spotlight” on Business in E-newsletter 

"Like Kind or In Kind" Exchange of Partner-Sponsor Memberships

To enhance their strength together, partner/sponsorship costs may be waived when partner/sponsor memberships between IIAS and the other organization are exchanged for Like Kind (also referred to as In Kind) values. This type of exchange enables both organizations to gain the benefits of membership in each other’s organization and not require a formal exchange of monetary funds. Example: businesses that donate food and paper products such as Costco, Sam’s Club, Chick-fil-A. PTA membership benefits are included with business sponsorships’ cash donations only.

PTA Memberships are offered when Business Partner-Sponsors make cash donations only. When PTA Memberships are requested as part of the Business Sponsorship package, $7.00 of the sponsor’s cash donation will be applied to each PTA membership application. IIAS PTA Membership forms should be submitted with your I-PETS Sponsorship form to: IIAS PTA I-PETS Committee, 2144 South Cobb Drive, Smyrna, GA 30080.

Special Notes for Partner-Sponsors:

• Business brochures, coupons, and flyers for placement in school lobby, e-newsletter or website are to be furnished by the partner-sponsor and shall be approved by the IIAS PTA Sponsorship Committee. Online coupons, provided by partner-sponsors, may be sent to e-newsletter subscribers monthly or placed on the IIAS PTA website.
• E-Newsletters shall be issued at least monthly with more frequent issuances at various times throughout the year.
• Sponsor Spotlight in E-Newsletter may include a brief, general description of sponsor’s company, logo, slogan, address, phone number, website, neutral description of a sponsor’s product line or service or referral to the business’ online coupon or business link.
• Physical displays may include partner-sponsor recognition on signs, banners, bulletin boards, flyers, PTA tables, or at PTA-sponsored events.
